Article 1 - A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF GLENDATA CONSULTING

Article 2 - THE AGREEMENT
3. The website www.glendataconsulting.com and its services are offered by GlenData
Consulting to its clients and are governed by the following Terms and Conditions
(referred to as the "Agreement"). This agreement will regulate the usage of all the pages
on the website, which will be referred to as the "website.".
4. The clients have the option to request a complimentary consultation for the data and IT
consulting services offered by GlenData by scheduling a consultation on the website. The
process involves filling out a form that collects personal details, including name, email
address, phone number, company name, job title, and the specific requirements for the
desired work. Upon receiving the requisite prerequisites, a complimentary consultation
will be arranged. If the client then desires to engage the services of GlenData, an
agreement for consulting services will be signed between the client and GlenData. All
services provided will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement
and the consulting agreement.
5. If any provision within this document is found to be in conflict with or inconsistent with
any provision of the consulting agreement, the provision within the consulting agreement
will take precedence and have control.
Article 3 - REFERRED PARTIES
6. The parties that have been referred to in this agreement are:
a. GlenData Consulting: Us, We, Our, Ours, and other first-person pronouns will
refer to GlenData Consulting as well as all the management, including employees
of GlenData Consulting.
b. Client: The client will be referred to as the User or Client in this agreement.
c. The parties to this agreement (GlenData Consulting and the User) will be referred
to as they, them, their, or parties.
Article 4 - ACCEPTANCE
7. By using the website, the User warrants that they have read and reviewed this agreement and that they are bound by each of its clauses governing the use of this website. If the User does not agree to be bound by this agreement, we request that they stop using the website. GlenData only provides the use of its website and services to the parties who assent to this agreement.
Article 5 - LICENSE
8. GlenData Consulting provides the User with certain information as a result of their use of this website. Such information may include, but is not limited to, data or material
developed by GlenData Consulting that may assist in the use of the website. Subject to
this Agreement, GlenData Consulting grants the User a non-exclusive, limited,
non-transferable, and revocable license to use GlenData Consulting material and services
solely in connection with the User’s use of the website. GlenData Consulting material
shall not be used for any other purpose, and this license terminates upon their cessation of use of the website or services or at the termination of this agreement.
9. Users must provide their genuine information when filling out the form for consultation
on the website. We do regular inspections and take appropriate action if we determine
that a User has violated our guidelines. This may involve barring the User, issuing a
warning, or restricting their access to specific functions, depending on the severity of the
violation.
10. We reserve the right to examine any suspected or reported instances of improper, abusive, or illegal utilization of our platform and collaborate with law enforcement agencies in conducting such investigations.
Article 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11. The User agrees that all copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property present on the website or created solely by GlenData while rendering the services shall belong to GlenData Consulting. You agree that GlenData Consulting owns the website and its entire contents, features, databases, source code, functionality, rights, title, and interest in and to the website, and that the User will not use GlenData's website for any unlawful or infringing purpose. permission from GlenData Consulting.
Article 7 - FALSE INFORMATION AND FREE CONSULTATION
13. Engaging in the distribution of false or incorrect information or utilizing the website or
services to promote fraudulent or illegal activities will result in the immediate termination
of this agreement.
14. Users are permitted to seek a free consultation only once. The website may only be used by companies; use of the website in an individual capacity is strictly prohibited.
15. Prior to using the website, it is necessary for the Users to ensure that there are no legal restrictions preventing them from entering into a contract with our website.
Article 8 - CONDUCT
16. The Users agree to not use GlenData Consulting's website or services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under the laws and in this agreement. The Users agree not to use the website or its services in any way that could damage their content or services.

17. It is strictly prohibited to download or copy materials from this website in any way. It is
also prohibited to share GlenData’s content with other websites. By engaging in any of
these prohibited activities, you not only violate the terms and conditions of this website
but also potentially infringe upon copyright laws. It is essential to respect the intellectual

18. The Users are expected to refrain from engaging in the following activities in relation to their use of the services or access to the website:

GlenData's reputation, or constitutes a written statement that is false and harmful
to GlenData is strictly prohibited.
c. Damage, weaken, or dilute the GlenData brand in any way, including: Using the
content without permission; Registering and/or using "GlenData Consulting" or
terms similar thereto in trade names, trademarks, domain names, or other
contexts.
d. Registering and/or using trade names, trademarks, domain names, social media
account names, or other identifiers that are confusingly similar to or resemble any
trademarks, taglines, advertising campaigns, or content owned by GlenData
Consulting.
e. Furnishing or submitting false information about payment methods and other
personal details. Lastly, the Users shouldn't pretend to be someone else, fabricate
information about them, or misrepresent their identity.
f. Behaviors that are characterized by threats, verbal abuse, or physical violence.
g. The utilization of the services is prohibited for the purpose of transmitting,
disseminating, publishing, or submitting any data pertaining to another individual
or entity, including, but not limited to, account numbers, payment method
particulars, personal contact information, and unauthorized pictures of
individuals.
h. In any way that is not allowed or waived by these Terms, file or maintain a lawsuit
against GlenData Consulting or any of its owners, employees, or contractors.
i. Disrupt the operation of the services.
j. Utilizing the services to distribute or publish unsolicited commercial messages,
such as spam.
k. Spreading viruses or other technologies that could harm the assets or rights of
GlenData Consulting or interfere with the smooth running of the services.
Article 9 - DISCLAIMER
19. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, GlenData Consulting makes no
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranties
arising out of the course of dealing. GlenData Consulting does not warrant that the
services will be performed error-free or uninterrupted, or that GlenData Consulting will
correct all service errors. The client acknowledges that GlenData Consulting does not
control the transfer of data over communications facilities, including the internet, and that
the services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use
of such communications facilities. GlenData Consulting is not responsible for any delays,
delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.
20. We do not provide any assurances or warranties on the achievement of particular results by using our website or services.
21. The compatibility of the website with all devices and operating systems is not guaranteed. We do not assume responsibility for any internet-related issues, either.
22. We disclaim any responsibility for any discrepancy between the User's anticipated or
desired experience and the actual experience resulting from the services.
23. Nothing herein shall be taken to establish any partnership, joint venture, agency, or
employment relationship between the Users and GlenData Consulting.
Article 10 - LEGAL ISSUES
24. GlenData Consulting may, at its sole discretion, investigate, pursue, and attempt to
prosecute, litigate, or report violations of this agreement or consulting agreement to law
enforcement to the fullest degree allowed by law.
25. GlenData Consulting prioritizes transparency and maintains a cooperative approach with the authorities. We thoroughly investigate each case and treat it with the utmost
seriousness if there are any suspicions.
26. If we believe the User is abusing GlenData Consulting in any way, or if they are in
violation of these Terms, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without limiting
other remedies, to limit, suspend, or terminate their access to the Services and take legal
or technological action to stop them from using the Services.
Article 11 - RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
27. The Users agree to defend and indemnify GlenData Consulting and its owners,
employees, contractors, and any of its affiliates and hold us harmless against any and all
legal claims and demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may arise from or
relate to the use of the GlenData Consulting website or services, their conduct, or their
actions.
28. Though GlenData Consulting takes ample steps to provide its Users with the best
services, it does not accept any responsibility for the fitness or quality of any service. The
Users agree that their use of the website or services is at their own risk, and they agree to
release and indemnify GlenData Consulting from all liability of any kind.
Article 12 - MODIFICATIONS
29. GlenData Consulting, from time to time and at any time without notice to the Users, may modify this agreement. The Users agree that GlenData Consulting reserves the right to modify this agreement and its website contents and services or revise anything contained herein. The Users further agree that all modifications to this Agreement are in full force and effect immediately upon posting on the website, and those modifications or
variations will replace any prior version of this Agreement unless prior versions are
specifically referred to or incorporated into the latest modification or variation of this
Agreement.
30. To the extent any part or sub-part of this agreement is held ineffective or invalid by any
competent court of law, the Users agree that the prior, effective version of this agreement
shall be considered enforceable and valid to the fullest extent.
31. The Users agree to routinely monitor this agreement and refer to the effective date posted at the bottom of this agreement to note any modifications or variations. The Users agree that their continued use of the website after any modifications to this agreement is a manifestation of their continued assent to this agreement.
32. If the Users fail to monitor any modifications to or variations of this agreement, they
agree that such failure shall be considered an affirmative waiver of their right to review
the modified agreement.
Article 13 - ADVERTISEMENTS
33. GlenData Consulting reserves the right to place advertisements on the website. These
advertisements may be in the form of banners, pop-ups, or sponsored content. The
purpose of these advertisements is to generate revenue for GlenData Consulting and
support the maintenance and operation of the website.
34. GlenData Consulting understands the importance of maintaining a User-friendly
experience and will strive to ensure that the advertisements do not disrupt or hinder the
functionality of the website. Additionally, GlenData Consulting is committed to
displaying relevant and non-intrusive advertisements that align with the interests of the

Article 14 - SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Consulting will not be responsible for any damage or loss due to such downtime.
Article 15 - TERMINATION

reason, with or without cause. GlenData Consulting specifically reserves the right to
terminate this agreement if the User violates any of the terms outlined herein, including,
but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of GlenData Consulting or a
third party, failing to comply with applicable laws, or other legal obligations. Any
provisions that might be expected to survive termination by their nature shall remain
in force and effect even after the termination of this agreement.
Article 16 - WARRANTIES
37. The Users agree that their use of the website, its content, and its services is at their sole and exclusive risk and that any services purchased by them are on an "as is" basis.
GlenData Consulting hereby expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties of any
kind. We make no warranties that the website or services will meet their needs or
expectations. GlenData Consulting also makes no warranties as to the reliability or
accuracy of any content on the website.
Article 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
38. GlenData Consulting is not liable for any damages that may occur to the User as a result of the use of the GlenData Consulting website and services purchased. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of GlenData Consulting arising from or relating to this agreement is limited to the greater of the fees they paid for the services.
This section applies to all claims by you, including, but not limited to, loss of revenues,
consequential or punitive damages, negligence, strict liability, fraud, or torts of any kind.
Article 18 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
39. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. In the
event of a dispute between the parties relating to or arising out of this agreement, the
parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute personally and in good faith. If these
personal resolution attempts fail, the parties shall then submit the dispute to binding
arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California. The
arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and such arbitrator shall have no
authority to add parties, vary the provisions of this agreement, or award punitive
damages. The arbitrator shall be bound by the applicable and governing federal law as
well as the law of the State of California, USA. Each party shall pay their own costs and
fees necessitating arbitration.

Article 19 -ASSIGNMENT
40. This Agreement, or the rights granted hereunder, may not be assigned, sold, leased, or otherwise transferred in whole or in part by you. Should this Agreement, or the rights
granted hereunder, be assigned, sold, leased, or otherwise transferred by GlenData
Consulting, the rights and liabilities of GlenData Consulting will bind and inure to any
assignees, administrators, successors, and executors.
Article 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
41. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and there are no further items or provisions, either oral or otherwise.

However, we cannot provide a guarantee that Users will not come across these issues. We will work diligently to minimize the occurrence of these issues and provide timely support to Users who encounter them.
45. It is important for the Users to be aware if they are contacted by anyone claiming to
represent us. Please refrain from sharing sensitive information with unauthorized
individuals. However, should you choose to proceed, we cannot be held accountable for
any potential repercussions the Users may encounter.
